From someone’s first interaction with your business to what it’s like to buy from you, work with you and what happens afterwards, every part of that experience can build trust and confidence in your brand.

In this workshop, we’ll map out your own customer experience and look at where things could be clearer, easier or more consistent for both you and your customers.

We’ll look at the processes behind that experience too. Where are you doing the same thing from scratch every time? Where are customers having to ask questions, chase or work out what happens next? And where could a simple process, template or system make things run more smoothly?

You’ll leave with something tangible you can put into action, as well as ideas for where else you could improve your experience and save yourself time.
