I taught for 25 years in Leeds as a teacher, assistant headteacher and early years leading teacher. Having visited Reggio Emilia and been given the go ahead to teach differently, accessing my psychology degree I did just that and now I’ve left the state system to set up The Dear Academy and this September I won’t be going back to school.
